Four years ago, Osiris primarily crafted plectrums from rare exotic woods. Over time, this evolved, and we now use a variety of materials, with acrylic being one of the most suitable and popular based on feedback. However, there is still a group of players who specifically love the characteristics, sound, and feel of wooden plectrums. Undoubtedly, a wooden plectrum offers a unique playing experience and sound that’s unmatched.

Now, we’re going back to our roots with this truly limited edition (only 2 available) plectrum, made from Curly Maple in the TRS shape, designed for the lovers of wooden plectrums! Should we make more wooden plectrums? Let us know in the comments!

Mindig megtisztelő érzés neves művészekkel együtt dolgozni, ötletelni egy új pengetőn, elkészíteni a variációkat, újra leülni és megbeszélni a tapasztalatokat, továbbfejleszteni, és így tovább. Így van ez Peta esetében is - hosszas tervezést, egyeztetést és tesztelést követően megszületett Peta második pengető szériája, mely sok mindenben különbözik az elődjétől! Ez alkalommal Peta egy 2mm vastag Cellulóz Acetát anyagot válaszolt teknőcpáncél mintázattal. Az oldalak és élek fényesre lettek polírozva, míg a “markolat” rücskös felületet kapott és ez alkalommal is megkapta a már az előző verzióban is ismert és bevált “Peta” gravírozást. Maradt a háromszög forma (Osiris TRS) és továbbra is M a méret (a mérettáblázatot lásd az osirisacccs.com weboldal “Shapes” menüjében). Köszönjük Petának az újabb lehetőséget és a bizalmat! 🇺🇸 It’s always an honor to collaborate with renowned artists, brainstorming a new plectrum design, creating variations, sitting down again to discuss the feedback, and further refining the product. The same goes for Peta. After extensive planning, coordination, and testing, we’re proud to introduce Peta’s second plectrum series, which differs in many ways from the first! This time, Peta chose a 2mm thick cellulose acetate material with a tortoiseshell pattern. The sides and edges have been polished to a shine, while the grip features a textured surface. It also carries the familiar and trusted “Peta” engraving from the previous version. The triangular shape (Osiris TRS) remains, and the size is still M (see the size chart in the “Shapes” menu at osirisacccs.com). A big thanks to Peta for the continued trust and collaboration!
