He is a political scientist, trained at the University of Massachusetts Boston (BA) and the University of Humboldt Berlin (Masters in Science). Currently, Papouch serves as the first Coordinator of the "International Committee for a 2zyèm Endepandans", a.k.a "2zyèm". Papouch is a writer, a teacher, a father and an avid Salsa dancer. He speaks fluent French, English, German and Creole.
