TRC is a community-based organization dedicated to transportation, adventure, culture, tourism, leadership, and community development throughout the Rupununi and Guyana.
We welcome riders, drivers, cyclists, hikers, photographers, business owners, students, and anyone who believes in unity, service, and pride in our region.

The search is now on for delegates to compete in the prestigious Miss Region 9Amerindian Heritage Pageant 2026!

👑 REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be between 16–25 years of age
• Must be a descendant of the Amerindian people
• Must have roots in Region 9
• Must possess knowledge of:
▪️ cassava bread baking
▪️ Preparing tuma pot
• Must have a performing talent

⏳ COUNTDOWN TO RODEO: 7 WEEKS TO GO! 🐎✨

The Rupununi Ranchers’ Rodeo attracts local, national, and international visitors each year — welcoming spectators from Brazil, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and across Europe.

With approximately 7,000 people per day attending, the rodeo is one of the largest cultural and sporting events in the region, bringing together communities, visitors, and cowboys for a truly unforgettable experience.

From the arena action to the cultural celebrations beyond it, the Rupununi becomes the place to be.
