INTO THE BLUE | Ecstatic Dance Journey

Καθώς το καλοκαίρι ανοίγεται και οι μέρες πλησιάζουν το φως του ηλιοστασίου, σας προσκαλούμε σε ένα εκστατικό ταξίδι στην καρδιά της Αμοργού.

Κάτω από τον ανοιχτό ουρανό και δίπλα στη βαθιά μπλε παρουσία του Αιγαίου, δημιουργούμε έναν χώρο κίνησης, παρουσίας και συλλογικής εμπειρίας.
Ένα ταξίδι εμπνευσμένο από τη ροή της θάλασσας, τη νοημοσύνη του σώματος και την ενέργεια της Αμοργού.

🌿 Άνοιγμα κύκλου | Seasonal Somatics

Η Ευτυχία θα ανοίξει τον χώρο μέσα από πρακτικές γείωσης, αναπνοής και ήπιας σωματικής ενεργοποίησης, εμπνευσμένες από την ενέργεια της εποχής και τη μετάβαση προς το καλοκαίρι, προσκαλώντας το σώμα να συνδεθεί σταδιακά με τον εαυτό, την ομάδα και τον παρόντα χρόνο.

🔥 Ecstatic Dance Journey | Free Dance

Ο resident DJ μας, Manos (JX), θα μας καθοδηγήσει σε ένα μουσικό ταξίδι εμπνευσμένο από τα κύματα, την ελευθερία του καλοκαιριού και τον κόσμο των δελφινιών.

Από γήινους ρυθμούς μέχρι εκστατικές κορυφώσεις και βαθύτερες ambient διαδρομές, η μουσική γίνεται πρόσκληση για αυθεντική κίνηση, παιχνίδι και έκφραση.

Χωρίς βήματα ή οδηγίες, αφήνουμε το σώμα να κινηθεί ελεύθερα, ακολουθώντας τη μουσική, την αναπνοή και τον δικό του φυσικό ρυθμό.

✨ Κλείσιμο κύκλου | Yoga Nidra

Η Ευτυχία θα μας καθοδηγήσει σε ένα απαλό κλείσιμο με Yoga Nidra, προσφέροντας χώρο για βαθιά ξεκούραση, ενσωμάτωση και καταλάγιασμα του νευρικού συστήματος μετά το ταξίδι του χορού.

As summer unfolds and the days approach the light of the solstice, we invite you to an ecstatic journey in the heart of Amorgos.

Under the open sky and next to the deep blue presence of the Aegean Sea, we create a space of movement, presence, and collective experience.
A journey inspired by the flow of the sea, the intelligence of the body, and the energy of Amorgos.

🌿 Opening Circle | Seasonal Somatics

Eftychia will open the space through grounding practices, breathwork, and gentle somatic activation, inspired by the energy of the season and the transition into summer, inviting the body to gradually connect with itself, the group, and the present moment.

🔥 Ecstatic Dance Journey | Free Dance

Our resident DJ, Manos (JX), will guide us through a musical journey inspired by the waves, the freedom of summer, and the world of dolphins.

From earthy rhythms to ecstatic peaks and deeper ambient pathways, music becomes an invitation for authentic movement, play, and expression.

Without steps or instructions, we allow the body to move freely, following the music, the breath, and its own natural rhythm.

✨ Closing Circle | Yoga Nidra

Eftychia will guide us into a gentle closing with Yoga Nidra, offering space for deep rest, integration, and calming of the nervous system after the dance journey.

• Comfortable clothes for dancing
