Renault Clio iv RS Wagon “300+” the project keeps evolving.

Custom CNC billet intake manifold for the next stage of the build. Fully redesigned for high boost and high flow performance, built around an 8 injector setup with upgraded fuel delivery, custom fuel rail, multiple vacuum ports, AN fittings and precision-machined plenum design.

Every detail on this intake was made specifically for this project:

• Satin anodized finish in custom blue-grey tone
• Future-ready for the 400hp setup

The whole Clio is currently transforming into something completely different:
Garrett turbo setup, custom fabrication, standalone-style fuel strategy, upgraded cooling, air suspension and many one-off parts made only for this car.

Mini refresh…

Today the Clio went in for a small refresh to fix a lot of small details and bring everything back the way it should be.

The hood was repainted again, the rear fenders, diffuser and spoiler were painted, and a few small touch-ups were done on the door and rear bumper. The spoiler will be repainted once more because the area is quite difficult to paint properly and the clear coat ran slightly, so it will be redone the right way with no compromises.

At the same time, the car received a mini detailing session after leaving the body shop:
• interior and dashboard cleaning
• leather cleaning & conditioning with Koch Chemie products
• wheel and tire cleaning

And don’t worry… I won’t post too many photos so you don’t get tired of seeing the same car. After all, I’ve only uploaded around 347 already.

We also changed the diffuser color. Before, it was fully silver, but now it has a white/silver split finish and honestly it matches the car much better. It gives a more premium look, breaks up the rear end more nicely and visually makes the car look wider and longer.

Next step will be refreshing the brake calipers and giving the whole brake setup some extra attention once the wheels come off.
