On 30/9-5/10/2024, the INTERCOMP project team facilitated their previously developed educational course and invited European educators to reflect on and further develop their intercultural competencies.

In Module 3, the team from ICSSPE (Germany) taught the group how physical movement and sports can be used to bridge cultural differences and bring people together. They also reflected on how power dynamics are reproduced in sports and how to be sensitive to students' differences while emphasising one's commonalities and group belonging. They also introduced activities that teachers of ALL subjects can use in their classes to activate their students.

During the introductory session, participants reflected on their own identities and privileges and engaged in group building exercises.
