📣 We’re hiring: Guest Experience Manager / Receptionist (Gibraltar)
We offer modern short-term rental apartments in Gibraltar and are looking for a friendly, organised person to be the main point of contact for our guests.
What you’ll do:
• Answer calls, WhatsApp and platform messages (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Help with check-ins and check-outs
• Solve guest issues during their stay and enhance their experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Do light admin work
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
• Living in Gibraltar
• Confident, professional and guest-focused
• Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants is a bonus
Approx. hours:
• Daily between 11:00–15:00 with some flexibility for hours to change (e.g. 10:00–17:00, details to be discussed)
• 5 to 6 days a week
