We are looking for a Claims Handler for our Customer Service Centre based in the World Trade Centre.
We need a professional, charismatic individual who will be the liaison between our Company and Clients, both current and potential Clients.
Candidates will need to be able to:
• Accept ownership for effectively solving Customer issues, complaints and inquires.
• Previous Experience of working in a Customer support Role or Call Centre
would be an advantage
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
• Computer Literate ( Excel, Word, CRM)
