NAVTRAC MEDICAL CENTRE ORGANISES MEDICAL OUTREACH AT DALIVE

The Naval Training Command (NAVTRAC) Medical Centre, in collaboration with Lele Group of Companies, has organised a medical outreach and free health screening for residents of Dalive, Nutekpor and Agorta on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, at the Dalive CHPS Compound.
The initiative, undertaken as part of the End-of-Year West Africa Soldiers Social Activities (WASSA), was part of NAVTRAC’s community health support efforts aimed at enhancing civil–military cooperation and improving access to basic healthcare services within its adjoining communities.
During the exercise, the medical team conducted general consultations, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, malaria screening, and provided health education on disease prevention and healthy living. Individuals requiring further assessment were referred to appropriate medical facilities.
The Flag Officer Commanding NAVTRAC, Commodore (Cdre) James Adongo Agambire, together with senior officers of the Command, visited the outreach site to interact with Ghana Health Service personnel and residents. Their presence underscored NAVTRAC’s commitment to community engagement and strengthened collaboration with local health authorities.
The outreach, conducted jointly with staff of the Dalive CHPS Compound, reaffirmed NAVTRAC’s dedication to supporting community well-being and fostering positive relationships within its operational area.
