This life...

Just like hair (unless we've lost all 🙈) or nails grow back every time we cut/trim/clip them, our negativity, bad habits, ego etc. can come back again, though we feel that we've removed them from our lives.

You deal with something and you may go back to that. Work on it again. You go back. Work on it again.

We must regularly curtail the negative forces that keep growing back in our lives just as we periodically cut/trim our hair or nails.

Life is always work in progress, guys. And that's how we progress to the next level of our journey.

Don't lose hope if you fail to keep up with your commitments. Start again, afresh and keep going.
