Restore Hope Keep Fit Club gives hundreds of people the opportunity to get together in a spirit of fun and friendship to exercise regularly together. Through our training, we have successfully changed the lives of so many people in Ho, Volta Region of the Republic of Ghana by introducing them to fitness through exercise, resulting in more energetic, healthier and happier people all round.
