Title: Trusting God in Every Season
Scripture:
_"To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven."_ – Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NKJV)
Devotional Thought:
Life is a collection of seasons, each one bringing its own challenges and blessings. There are times of joy, times of sorrow, times of plenty, and times of need. In every season, God has a purpose, and as believers, we are called to trust Him regardless of what we face. The truth is, God never wastes a season. Whether it’s a time of waiting, learning, or growth, He is working out His perfect will in our lives.
In Ecclesiastes 3:1, we are reminded that every season has its divine timing. There is a "time for every purpose under heaven," which means no situation is random or beyond God's control. Even in the toughest moments, God is sovereign and is using the season to shape us into His image.
If you’re in a season of waiting, be encouraged that God is preparing something beautiful for you. If you’re in a season of hardship, know that He is with you, building your faith and resilience. And if you are in a season of joy, remember to give Him the glory for His goodness.
Reflection:
What season of life are you currently in? Are you trusting God through it? Reflect on how you can rely on Him more fully, knowing that He has a purpose for you in every season.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for being with me in every season of my life. Help me to trust You, even when I don't understand what You're doing. Strengthen my faith, and let me see Your hand at work in every situation. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Action Point:
Spend some time today reflecting on the season you're in. Write down how you can trust God more in this season and seek His guidance as you walk through it.
