The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has confirmed that the former IMCCoD Accountant, Gerald Appiah, who was arrested alongside Dennis Miracles Aboagye, has voluntarily begun refunding funds linked to the alleged GHC55 million fraud.

EOCO stressed that the repayments do not conclude the investigations or absolve any suspect of criminal liability.
