Sometimes anxiety can make even simple things feel heavy and hard to manage. It can feel like you’re falling behind or not doing enough but that doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means your mind and body need support, rest, and space to reset.
Be gentle with yourself. Take things one step at a time.
