Through a variety of activities and resources, the group aims to promote awareness and education about the 7 pillars of self-care and to help women integrate these practices into their daily routines. By promoting the 7-pillars of self-care, the Ladies’ Support Network helps women improve their overall health and well-being, reduce stress and burnout, and build resilience and self-confidence. This community of women provides a leveraging ground to be connected to like-minded women, who provide support in navigating life’s challenges. It provides women with a safe and supportive environment where they can share their experiences, learn from one another, and develop the skills and tools they need to practice self-care in all areas of their lives
It is a safe space for women of every age, it is however not a feminist group per se. We sometimes refer women who need professional care to qualified people who could assist with no consideration of a specific gender. Our focus is mainly on providing a sense of belonging and support for women in any way legally and ethically possible. Our motto is LOVE LEAD LEAN or L3 in short which is represented in our symbol; the sunflower. The sunflower on the logo signifies loyalty, unwavering faith and the unconditional love we have for each woman in this community. OUR MISSION
