STRONGMAN TOMORROW
Tomorrows session will consist of:
Log push press, max reps in 120 seconds, aim for weight at 50% of body weight.
Trap bar deadlifts, max reps in 120 seconds, aim for weight above 100% of body weight.
Team carry medley
farmers walks and barrel carries, will be split with short sprints for some hard conditioning work.
