You may have an approach you like, or one that worked for you, but good coaches take a flexible approach. They take the best ideas from everywhere and everyone, and are always looking for new insights or tools. They don't get stuck in dogma.

STRONGMAN TOMORROW

Tomorrows session will consist of:

Log push press, max reps in 120 seconds, aim for weight at 50% of body weight.

Trap bar deadlifts, max reps in 120 seconds, aim for weight above 100% of body weight.

Team carry medley

farmers walks and barrel carries, will be split with short sprints for some hard conditioning work.
