Scaffolding will be going up next week at this property in Harrogate, where we’ll be carrying out a full clean down of the existing monocouche render before applying a premium silicone top coat to completely refresh the appearance of the home.

Harrogate Rendering Project Update

Good progress being made on one of our current rendering projects in Harrogate

The entire rear elevation has now been fully hacked off back to the original substrate, removing all of the old pebble dash and giving us a solid foundation for the new render system.

Our next stage is to apply a two coat mesh reinforced base coat system, which helps provide strength, durability and crack resistance before the final silicone finish is applied.
