Carried out an EICR on a 2 bedroom flat over in Epsom recently. It had a few issues to get it up to a satisfactory.

New metal consumer unit populated with RCBO’s SPD protection, fire rated downlights , IP rated for the bathroom, bit of mechanical protection needed on some cable stuck to skirting boards and investigated a minor fault on the sockets ring main.
