Hello everyone,

I hope you and your family are keeping well and safe in these difficult times. Although it has been challenging, I have certainly enjoyed the extra time spent with my family. I have stayed in regular contact with Joe and Mark who are both doing well and are in positive spirits.

After much consideration and the designing of safe working practices, we will be returning to work on Monday 4th May. The safety of my employees and customers is my top priority and therefore I will be implementing the following measures to ensure a safe working environment:

· Social distancing at all times

· Working alone at all times

· Zero contact with customers

· Regular hand washing using medial grade sanitiser

· Sanitising our equipment regularly

· We won't be going inside any houses

· We won't be posting any notes or envelopes through your letterbox

In addition, we are pleased to disinfect your gates, door handles, doorbells and letterboxes on each visit and this service will be free of charge.

With regards to payments, please can we ask you pay online rather than by cash or cheque. For those where this is not possible, I will personally arrange to collect cash or cheques from a safe place outside your property (Joe and Mark won't be handling any payments until further notice).

The safety of our employees and customers is paramount and we hope you find the above measures acceptable. If you prefer to delay us cleaning your windows at this time, please let us know and we will pause the service until you are ready to start up again.
