Clean Difference

What a week!!

From the last day of t-shirt weather, into torrential rain territory today.

So, whisper it quietly, but winter is coming. If you want to book in a gutter clean now the leaves have all dropped, or get those windows cleaned before Christmas, just give us a shout!

PS...the shorts will be staying throughout!

Summer is great because the dog 💩 is dry meaning:
1) no stepping in it and then getting it in the van
2) most importantly, not dragging my hose through it and winding it all the way up on the reel (💩🤢🤮). This is possibly the worst part of the job!!!!

FREE WINDOW CLEAN!!!!

Last week, I expressed my unparalleled happiness and joy that finally, the rains have ceased, and the sun has arrived. There are very obvious reasons for this:
1) lovely working environment
2) I'm not constantly damp
3) I don't have to hide in my steamed up van between cleans

I could go on... However, there is one very bizarre, extra reason that makes me rejoice. If you like and follow my page, and give me the right answer in the comments by 12pm, you get a free window clean (whether an existing customer or not).

Questions for a window cleaner:

Questions for a Window Cleaner:

Undoubtedly, the biggest question I've had over the last 2 weeks (including from me) is " Why are you out in this weather?"

My response generally centres around 3 points:

1) There's no point in me complaining about the weather, if I've chosen to become a window cleaner I just have to get on with it (I then generally proceed to whinge about the weather).

2) The rain doesn't actually affect the finish on your windows. In fact, because rainwater is pure water (which is what we use as it doesn't contain the chemicals of tap water that can leave streaks and droplet marks), it helps me clean more quickly as the glass is already wet.

3) Rain carries very little dirt, and any dirt it leaves has a cumulative effect over a long period, which is why we clean every 6 weeks (if it doesn't rain today, it's likely to tomorrow or the day after anyway).
