We would like to announce that all of our customers are now on our new and improved servers, offering greater speed, resilience, and improved security. We thank you for your patients during the transition.
We understand a couple of sites showed as suspended for a while during the move, they should all be back up now. If there are any ongoing issues, please feel free to raise a support ticket through our HelpDesk or by emailing [email protected]
We hope you all enjoy the new features of the servers, including enhanced spam protection and backups.

Just to advise all customers, we will be completing a series of storage network updates between 02:00AM and 03:30AM on the 2nd August 2015 (early hours of Sunday morning).
