Join Fit with Nix for our next Fresh AirFIT 5 week mixed ability outdoor fitness class. Starts next Tuesday 30/06 at 9.30am in the rec@South Stoke Village online (Oxfordshire) We use the outside gym, resistance bands (big & little loop), slam balls, kettle bells and suspension trainers.
