The following clips show Guide Dogs branded leaflets on a table, and Megan, a Sighted Guide Training Officer at Guide Dogs, delivering the training in the theatre to staff members, and talking to the camera. Over the top of Megan talking, different clips are shown of staff members from Garrick Theatre guiding, and being guided, up and down a stairway, through a doorway, and around different areas of the theatre. Our team of Vision Rehabilitation Specialists provide personalised support for people with sight loss to help rebuild confidence and independence.

Join Neil, one of our Vision Rehabilitation Specialists, as he tells us a bit more about his role and how no two days are the same 👇

[Visual Description: Neil wears a Guide Dogs jumper and speaks to the camera. Over the top of him talking, clips of him working on cane skills with a service user. They practice using a cane down the stairs. The two then complete some can training outside. The service user sweeps the cane from left to right. The video cuts to the two of them in the kitchen. Neil is teaching the service user how to boil a kettle and know when the mug is full. The video cuts to Neil speaking to camera again, and then to the service user navigating using a cane and walking through a door.]
