🇬🇧In this week's episode of Speaking Truth to Power, Alex Fraysse and Victoria Fenton play with fire a little. They talk about the hot topic of the moment/year - the virus and the va£%!ne.

Why are we not writing that word out in full? Well... cancel culture and all that goes along with presenting narratives which do not fit with the propaganda of the moment.

This podcast is a large discussion on the science of mRNA and ordinary va£%!nes, the efficacy and the real trial data - and then meanders towards a discussion of health in general.

The whole tone of the podcast is neutral - with your hosts been two people in their early 30s who are contemplating the broader picture of everything related to human health and the immune system. The discussion trends towards a discussion of how to support your immune system as a whole, alongside observational insights on the culture of fear which has dominated everything in the last year.

This is not medical advice, nor is it anti- anything whatsoever. This is a discussion about health from two people who see things very broadly and who have invested time and energy in the research around all of this and wanted to share their discussions and views with you.

FOOD DESIGN PYRAMID 

"Thinking in nutrients"

Compared to the general food pyramid, my idea of a FOOD PYRAMID is more or less upside down. 

As you guys have already learned, it is all about providing the body with the right nutrients, and as we all know, #healthy startsinyourmouth. 

🦷Rock hard teeth and inflammation-free gums are the result of an ideal diet.

In THE FOOD DESIGN CONCEPT we think from big (macro) to small (micro).

The building block of life is protein. 

Initially, it does not matter whether animal or vegetable, however, it must be said that animal protein is significantly easier to digest.

Our daily goal - for optimal health - is 1.5-2g/kg (lean mass).

We get energy from healthy fats and good carbohydrates. 

Most important, however, is to first strictly avoid the “CORE 4 SICKENERS”

❌ SUGAR 
❌ conventional dairy products 
❌ gluten-containing grains (sometimes all grains)
❌ refined vegetable oils ❗️❗️❗️

-> virtually all packaged foods/products and processed foods.

As a good New Year's Resolution, many have "lose weight" on their list. 

Instead, how about focusing on optimal health and change the lifestyle as described, then slimming down comes by itself as a nice side effect 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽.
