Introducing Three Young London-Based Entrepreneurs Changing The Way We Drink, Socialise And Connect In their first three months, Three Spirit made it onto the menu of 50 leading restaurants and bars around London. The brand calls itself a “non-alcoholic social elixir” and with people increasingly giving up alcohol and millennials drinking far less, Three Spirit has landed at the right moment.

We're counting down to The Boogie on Saturday 19 October with regular posts until the big night arrives...

There'll be guided and freestyle dance, a live DJ, the latest plant-based, non alcoholic drinks, sweet treats, a Sound Bath and more...

The Boogie - Nottingham's unique dance night for women at St Mary's Church on 19/10/2019 At St Mary's Church on Saturday 19 Oct 2019

* INSPIRATION FOR A RAINY TUESDAY*

You’ll be able to meet and find out more about an amazing women’s project at The Boogie - Nottingham Soroptimists!

The group is part of a global network of more than 3,000 Soroptimist clubs worldwide – led by women who want to improve the lives of disadvantaged women and girls locally and internationally by raising money and volunteering to help.

Here in Nottingham, the group's current projects include providing welcome and leaving packs for women in refuges, fundraising for WE R HERE – a charity helping vulnerable and traumatised people and families, and collecting sanitary ware for homeless women staying at Emmanuel House.

I'm so looking forward to welcoming just some of the inspiring women behind the group to The Boogie - in celebration of women being there for women!

It's going to be an incredible night...
