with a minimum of 1/2 hour visits. There is no limit to the period of time you require continuous support for or the frequency. Our holistic approach recognises the individuality of each person, their life history, preferences, choices and abilities. The support plans we will develop will reflect this recognition, and we will allocate staff with sufficient training and experience and most able to provide the support you require. We also support people that are already caring for a loved one, providing them with an opportunity to have time for themselves. As part of our continuous improvement values, we are always looking for ways to make our services better in order to meet the expectations of our clients. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
