Hot weather can feel lovely, but your body still needs extra care.

Drink water, stay cool, eat light, slow down and check in on loved ones.

According to the NHS, signs of heat exhaustion can include tiredness, dizziness, headache, feeling sick, heavy sweating, cramps, high temperature, thirst or irritability.

Signs of heatstroke can include a very high temperature, hot skin without sweating, fast breathing, a fast heartbeat, confusion, seizure or loss of consciousness.

If you are concerned about symptoms or they are getting worse, call NHS 111.

Take care. Stay well. You matter.

Love is not always loud.
Sometimes it looks like checking in.
Listening well.
Standing beside someone so they do not feel alone.

One act of love can become connection.
Connection builds community.

Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️
Let’s keep caring for one another.

Sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs in care come from the smallest moments.

This experience reminded me that listening is not a “soft skill”.
It is a clinical, emotional, and human responsibility.

When we understand people, outcomes change.

Let’s keep learning.
Let’s keep doing better. 💛
