CGIs of a new Supported Living development under construction in Nottingham. We look forward to delivering this one in the first half of 2023.

We were delighted to hand over phase two of this development in Nottingham, less than a mile from the City Centre, two months ago.

Phase two was a new build block of 15 apartments to sit nicely alongside the conversion block of 12 we completed a year earlier - and we believe this completes the street and development really well.

Whilst the overall development took longer than we initially planned 😅, with another block of 14 also in phase 1, we have now completed 41 apartments at this development site - transforming a previous light industrial site - and with its close proximity to Nottingham city centre, higher than expected rents and values were achieved and there is now 100% occupancy.
