TuVida
At TuVida we support carers and the people they care for. It's our aim to provide individualised support that helps carers live life with independence, choice and peace of mind. When illness or disability strike, a lot of people can feel the impact. Suddenly it can seem as though life is on lockdown β whether it's you being cared for, or you're providing care to somebody else. Our aim is to help u

π There's still time this Carers Week 2026 to help create more Carer Friendly Communities π
This Carers Week (8thβ14th June), we're encouraging individuals, community groups, organisations and teams in Cardiff & the Vale of Glamorgan to become more Carer Friendly.
Many unpaid carers go unrecognised, often balancing caring responsibilities alongside work, family life and other commitments. By increasing awareness and understanding, we can all play a part in building more supportive and inclusive communities.
As part of this year's Carer Friendly Communities theme, we're offering access to our FREE digital training. This short 30-minute session is designed for anyone who may come into contact with unpaid carers through their role, volunteering, or within their community. The training helps participants understand:
β
Who unpaid carers are
β
The challenges they may face
β
How to identify and support carers
β
Where to signpost carers for further help and support

The only thing we ask is that everyone who completes the training also completes the feedback form, helping us measure engagement and continue improving support for unpaid carers.
Together, we can make a real difference by creating communities where unpaid carers feel recognised, valued and supported.
π Wythnos Gofalwyr 2026 | Creu Cymunedau sy'n Gyfeillgar i Ofalwyr π
Yn ystod Wythnos Gofalwyr eleni (8β14 Mehefin), rydym yn annog unigolion, grwpiau cymunedol, sefydliadau a thimau yng Nghaerdydd a Bro Morgannwg i ddod yn fwy Cyfeillgar i Ofalwyr.
Mae llawer o ofalwyr di-dΓ’l yn mynd heb gael eu hadnabod, gan gydbwyso cyfrifoldebau gofalu ochr yn ochr Γ’ gwaith, bywyd teuluol ac ymrwymiadau eraill. Trwy gynyddu ymwybyddiaeth a dealltwriaeth, gallwn oll chwarae rhan wrth greu cymunedau mwy cefnogol a chynhwysol.
Fel rhan o thema eleni, Cymunedau sy'n Gyfeillgar i Ofalwyr, rydym yn cynnig mynediad at ein hyfforddiant digidol AM DDIM. Mae'r sesiwn fer hon, sy'n para tua 30 munud, wedi'i chynllunio ar gyfer unrhyw un sy'n dod i gysylltiad Γ’ gofalwyr di-dΓ’l drwy eu gwaith, gwirfoddoli neu yn eu cymuned. Bydd y sesiwn yn helpu cyfranogwyr i ddeall:
β
Pwy yw gofalwyr di-dΓ’l
β
Yr heriau y gallant eu hwynebu
β
Sut i adnabod a chefnogi gofalwyr
β
Ble i gyfeirio gofalwyr am gymorth a chefnogaeth bellach

Hyfforddiant Ymwybyddiaeth o Ofalwyr (Cymraeg): https://youtu.be/pIayB_Jp9I8
Yr unig beth rydym yn gofyn amdano yw bod pawb sy'n cwblhau'r hyfforddiant hefyd yn llenwi'r ffurflen adborth, er mwyn ein helpu i fesur ymgysylltiad a pharhau i wella'r gefnogaeth sydd ar gael i ofalwyr di-dΓ’l.
Gyda'n gilydd, gallwn wneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol drwy greu cymunedau lle mae gofalwyr di-dΓ’l yn teimlo eu bod yn cael eu cydnabod, eu gwerthfawrogi a'u cefnogi.
