*CREST NICHOLSON* 🏡Cringleford🏡 very few external issues on this, but my camera still found blocked drains 📹 inside the property was a different story 👀 missing steam protective strips on the washing machine 💨 and it’s safe to say the plumbers had a mate on this one 🤦🏻‍♂️ (deep breath) cracked bath, non central pedestal, leaking shower, leaking shower screen and uneven and loose cistern..(big exhale) 💧 48hrs after the inspection and my clients had their report 😇

*ABEL HOMES* 🏡 Dereham🏡 This was one of the highest scoring homes of late 👏🏼 vent bricks checked with the endoscopic camera 🎥 all air extraction units fully tested 💨 which lead to finding the extractor fan not being connected 🔎 minor leak on the bathroom shower screen 💧 SVP not connected in the loft space 💩 all in all it was a really good finish to the property ⭐️ 48hr turnaround on the report and another happy client 🤝🏼

*KEEPMOAT HOMES* 🏡 Old Newton 🏡 damaged cladding at the front of the property 🤦🏻‍♂️ brickwork perp joints over NHBC tolerance 🧱 loose shower screen and a leaking bath waste 💧 sharp nails sticking through the loft access 😳 and every extractor fan into the loft was not connected 🔎 48hr turnaround on the report ⏱️🙏🏼 and more major issues uncovered 👀

*DAVID WILSON HOMES* 🏡 Sprowston🏡 Severly blocked drains due to large stones 🔎 Some poor finishes to the brickwork 🧱 Leaking bath 💧 and toilet 💦 and another dust cap left on the loft space fire alarm 🤦🏻‍♂️ 48hr turnaround on the report 👌🏽 Another home thoroughly inspected 🙌🏽

*TILIA HOMES* 🏡Cringleford🏡 Very annoyed with the lack of care taken with the brickwork on this one, very poor! 🤦🏻‍♂️ completely blocked Aco drains on the drive 🫠 Unfinished and blocked garage gutters 🙈 Poorly fitted toilet 💩 leaking shower screen on the bath and leaking waste pipe on the bath 💧💧 Luckily my clients booked a snag! 🔎 48hr turnaround on the report 🙌🏽

🏡DAVID WILSON HOMES🏠 *Cringleford* Multiple issues found inside and out on this one 🔍 The rear bay pod has since been taken down and being rebuilt 👷🏼‍♂️ brickwork level issues found 👀 poorly fitted sanitary ware 🤦🏻‍♂️ another leaking shower screen 💧 and damage to the roofing felt 🙈. But the site team at David Wilson homes have been very responsive! 🙏🏼 another 48hr turnaround in my report 🫡 and another satisfied customer 🤝🏼

*NORFOLK HOMES* 🏡Trowse 🏡 this was one of my higher scoring snags of recent 👏🏼 the drain at the front of the property needs flushing through 💦 a damaged electricity box door needs replacing 👷🏼‍♂️ nice neat carpentry in the kitchen and on the stairs 👀 minor bits of damage picked up 🔎 and a small leak on the shower screen 💧 48hr turnaround on the report and another happy customer 😃🤝🏼
