*CREST NICHOLSON* π‘Cringlefordπ‘ very few external issues on this, but my camera still found blocked drains πΉ inside the property was a different story π missing steam protective strips on the washing machine π¨ and itβs safe to say the plumbers had a mate on this one π€¦π»ββοΈ (deep breath) cracked bath, non central pedestal, leaking shower, leaking shower screen and uneven and loose cistern..(big exhale) π§ 48hrs after the inspection and my clients had their report π
*ABEL HOMES* π‘ Derehamπ‘ This was one of the highest scoring homes of late ππΌ vent bricks checked with the endoscopic camera π₯ all air extraction units fully tested π¨ which lead to finding the extractor fan not being connected π minor leak on the bathroom shower screen π§ SVP not connected in the loft space π© all in all it was a really good finish to the property βοΈ 48hr turnaround on the report and another happy client π€πΌ
*KEEPMOAT HOMES* π‘ Old Newton π‘ damaged cladding at the front of the property π€¦π»ββοΈ brickwork perp joints over NHBC tolerance π§± loose shower screen and a leaking bath waste π§ sharp nails sticking through the loft access π³ and every extractor fan into the loft was not connected π 48hr turnaround on the report β±οΈππΌ and more major issues uncovered π
