Supporting mental health isn’t just about one week, it’s part of how we work every day.
From promoting a better work-life balance through Sunday closing, to running regular wellbeing webinars for all employees; covering topics like menopause, financial wellbeing, men’s health and other real-life pressures. We’re creating space for open, honest conversations.
Alongside this, we’re building and training a network of Mental Health and Wellness Champions across Perrys, so support is always visible and accessible.
Because looking after our people is just as important as the work we do.
