A belated thank you to everyone who visited my stand at The Wool Monty, whether to chat, ‘show and tell’ or to buy. Kate and I had a great weekend meeting you all 🧶❤️🧶
Unlike other shows I resisted yarn purchases but, instead, a couple of craft bags from Stephen and Penelope might have just found their way home with me 😉

A huge thank you to each and every one of you who stopped by my stand to do ‘show and tell’, chat and even buy. It was great to see you all and a lovely introduction to Wonderwool Wales Ltd who, I think you’ll all agree, produced a brilliant show. I even managed to fit in a little purchasing myself and perhaps I’ll have these incorporated into a new pattern for 2027 or 2028 (eek).

Those of you who know me will be very aware as to how excited I get in seeing Knitterish in the Wild and here is a beautiful example of my Healing Wrap. Done with only two repeats per side and hip length then sewn up the side, it made a terrific short jacket. I was so impressed I’m tempted to make one for me!! 🧶❤️🧶
Well, what a weekend that was! Thank you Spring into Wool, it was a blast!! The video below was recorded just before opening on Saturday and I’ve only just got round (Monday) to posting it. If I say I slept a solid 13 hours last night that might be indicative of the level of busyness at the Knitterish Designs stand.
Once again, thank you to each and every one of you who stopped to chat, ‘show and tell’ and, of course, buy. Also thank you to the 13 ladies who took my Mosaic Knitting workshop on Sunday; such beautiful work produced ……. and if only I’d taken some photographs! Doh!!!!

Don’t often share something that’s NOT my knitting, but ……. as I’m at two shows this month (Spring into Wool and Wonderwool) I’ve now got Knitterish Nails 🤣🤣. Well, they made me smile 😊

So I’ve been rather unwell throughout February and knitting has definitely taken a backseat but I have at least started on a new 2027 design, but ……… there’s a crucial change of stitch point (or as I tend to call them, a decision point) and I just couldn’t work out where it would be best placed. Then I suddenly thought that if I did the accompanying top part that might make things a little easier. So, it’s a case of putting down the rather demure part and starting on something a WHOLE LOT BRIGHTER! Will it work? Not sure. Am I worried? Not yet. I’m going in …… wish me luck 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
