s been teaching horse riding and training/schooling horses in Riding Schools and for private clients to this present day. Her equine training & teaching methodology is founded on natural horsemanship skills and techniques and has the development and nurturing of a harmonious, trust-filled, respectful human-equine partnership at it's heart. Bea is a fully qualified (BHS recognised), insured, First Aid and Safeguarding Childrent trained Independent Instructor. She is able to draw from a wealth of experience and professional skills gained during a 12-year career in various Leadership & Management roles in both public and private sector organisations, inluding in the Learning & Development arena. Combining her love and passion for both horses and people, she founded Spirit In Stirrups Limited (8775514) together with husband Mark Simpson in November 2013 - a company dedicated to educating and developing people's - and horses' - potentials in their personal and professional lives and relationships.
