Lead refreshing - We improved the way leads are handled when they come into the CRM to prompt coaches if someone registers again, or to refresh the lead as new if it’s past a certain time since registering last.

This ensures no leads get missed and helps prioritise contact.

Our CRM has some serious upgrades on the way… stay tuned 💪🏼
