🚶‍♂️ Egerton Street ASB walkabout

🤝Yesterday, colleagues from our ASB and neighbourhoods team joined forces with partner agencies to strengthen partnership working and tackle local issues together.

📄Plans are in place to continue working with partners, to deliver preventative activities in tackling ASB and the wider work of Operation Avro.

💬 This includes coordinated visits to customers and those affected by crime, offering reassurance, practical advice and support where it’s needed most.

We’ve also introduced a clear referral pathway for young people who are involved in, or may be at risk of, antisocial behaviour, helping them access the right support at the right time.

🏡 During the walkabout, we spoke directly with customers, listened to their experiences and identified key concerns. This helps us shape future improvements and keeps the customer voice at the heart of building stronger communities.
