Damien was then Director of Marketing at rival Scalp Aesthetics for nearly 2 years, before concluding the arrangement in February 2016. Damien has also worked as a freelance business and marketing consultant, holding senior positions at Vinci Hair Clinic, Evolve Hair Clinic, Vancouver Paramedical and many others. Damien now works on a consultancy basis at a senior level for one of the world’s leading hair transplant clinics, and dedicates his free time to the management of TeamMicro.com. After many years in this industry, longer than almost anyone else, he grew to live it, breathe it and love it.
