Lovely to advise, source and negotiate on this beautiful home for clients relocating from San Diego.
Completed all virtually, thanks to the hurdles of Covid, it was great to see they loved the place and was a pleasure handing over keys.

Interesting property for a full refurbishment project in a nice part of East Manchester.
Unfortunately with structural cracks as wide as the Irish Sea the property doesn't stack with the current agents valuation.
One to revisit in 1 month to check if still available and offer a price when accounting for subsidence repair costs.
