The Rise AV Elevate programme for women in management is now open to applicants.

The programme is for:
• Women who are right in the thick of it - managing teams, managing people, and often figuring it out as they go without ever really being given the tools or training they deserve.
• For women preparing to step into management, or those already in leadership who know they’re expected to lead, but haven’t always been properly supported to do it with confidence.
• If you’ve ever found yourself juggling team dynamics, tough conversations, delivery pressures, and your own growth all at once.

The intensive six-week journey starting on 27 October combines:
• Virtual and In-person Experiences: A dynamic learning environment that fits your schedule.
• You will learn how to lead teams and give feedback, handle pressure, improve communication, become more commercially savvy and step into leadership with more clarity and confidence.
• Real-World Challenges: Apply your skills directly to business-relevant problems.
• Learn how to Present with Impact
• Receive guidance from seasoned AV leaders to accelerate your growth.
• Join a strong peer group and a community of women across AV
