If you need another format/size, let us know before the start of the project and we can make it happen. Why are these rough drafts poor quality/not transparent? For copyright & time-saving reasons, we send all of our rough ideas as a screenshot. It cuts down on export time, stops us filling up our poor Macbooks with a million files and it stops people taking our ideas and running off without paying us. Can you send me the files now and I’ll pay you later? We cannot send over anything until we get a payment through. Unfortunately, we’ve had some bad apples in the past and we’re not so trusting anymore. I lost my files, can you resend them? Due to the volume of projects we work on, we can only keep a hold of all the work for 3 weeks. After this, all the files are deleted. If you can’t find them, check if you still have the original email we sent you, and you should be able to re-download them from there. Who owns the copyright? After you’ve sent through your payment, the files are all yours to do whatever you please with! However, we do ask that if you’re doing a post especially about something we’ve worked on you credit our page, and we leave a teeny-weeny watermark on our posters. Other than that, go wild!
