For mental health awareness month Knights house decorated the link flat with positive and uplifting quotes. They also went on a group picnic to spend time together and to take a step out of daily life to appreciate all the wildlife and nature around us.

Today has been a massive success! Thank you to everyone who took part and also donated, it was a great day with lots of fun and the guys have raised £300 for the national autistic society!! 👏👏a big massive thank you to everyone.
