The problem I see with the majority of potential clients, is that they are chasing the dream body and they want it now.
This is an issue with the human psyche,
None of us want to wait for anything anymore
We live in an instant world, everything from information to food delivery is at our fingertips.
Which has caused a lack of patience.
When it comes to getting in shape, there are two options.
1 - Go all in, balls to the wall, make amazing progress in 1 week, then burn out and quit
Orβ¦
2 - Take a suitable, tailored approach, making 1 or 2 habitual changes daily, being patient and reaping the rewards later on.
I know which one I would choose⦠And the one I choose is also the one I recommend and coach.
Turn βbeing in good healthβ into a lifestyle.

Include a manageable amount of exercise,

Have a more wholesome diet
BUT,

Still allow time for yourself

Still eat foods you enjoy
