f you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer seeking an exciting new permanent role within a highly reputable, forward thinking and progressive law firm, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you! Very conveniently based in Middleton Manchester

Working within a busy department undertaking a mix of work that includes:

Sales and Purchase
Freehold and Leasehold flats
Shared ownership
Help to buy and new build
Undertaking the process from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
Building relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and introducers
You will have experience in a fee earning role within a busy residential conveyancing department, together with a flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure will be required in order to manage and prioritise workloads in this faced paced environment. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
You will be required to have

· Previous experience in a conveyancing role

· Excellent communication skills

· A “can-do” attitude

· Prioritising workloads

· Previous case management work

· Working with initiative
