We’ve been continuing the roll out of workplace EV chargers (Sevadis) across the country for USDAW, making it easier than ever for staff to switch to electric.

With the benefit of the OZEV Workplace Charging Grant, we’ve not only future-proofed sites, but delivered significant cost savings too.

Part 2 – The Orchard⚡

This stage was all about the infrastructure.

Installing the boards, running the bus wiring, building the network backbone and integrating CCTV, alarms, ventilation and the underfloor heating manifold so everything works together as one system.

A lot of the work at this stage disappears behind walls and panels, but it’s the foundation that makes the whole project run smoothly.

Power, data, security, heating and control – all connected.

The Orchard is starting to take shape.

This has been a fantastic project for us — taking the property from first fix electrics right through to the installation of a 12kW air source heat pump.

In Part 1, we’re showcasing some of the Niko Home Control smart technology and lighting design that’s gone into the home:

✨ Bespoke lighting design features throughout the property

The result is a home that blends intelligent control, energy efficiency, and stunning lighting design.
