☕🌟 Super exciting news! 🌟☕

Our work experience placements with Costa Coffee are officially underway — and we’re proud to say this is a pioneering programme for Costa too, making it extra special!

We’re thrilled to see targeted pupils getting hands-on experience in local Costa stores — building confidence, learning new skills, and preparing themselves for the world of work.

This is a game changing project – and a huge shoutout must go to the incredible Costa Coffee team, who always go the ‘extra acre’ for us (and then some!)

Their article “Brewing Opportunity: How Coffee is Changing Lives at Five Acre Wood” celebrates the inspiring journey of our pupils—from hospitality training here in the FAWrient Express Training Academy Café, to preparing for internationally recognised certification in Platform FAW, our brand-new on-site roastery.

Platform FAW is equipped like any speciality roaster where pupils will learn craft, and roast coffee beans for the FAWreint Express and to sell on site, earning SCA certificates with Hope Espresso along the way. We can't wait!
