Unfortunately due to an increasing amount of last minute cancellations and no shows I will now be taking a deposit from each new client, this deposit is refundable as long as appointments are cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. To add to this I feel the need to mention that my cancellation still stands at half the full price of the services cost. I don’t want to be a moaning Minnie and as much as I adore doing nails, this is still my job!
