As you know, Cladmaster NEVER cap over old wood.

Removing the fascia above the bay window on this property, this is what I found.

If we 'capped' over the old fascia wood this rot would never of been discovered. Yes It'll cost more to resolve the problem. But left to rot would spread and then you'd be looking at a full roof replacing, costing about £10,000 on a property this size.
