Can Dermal Filler Be Dissolved?

In many cases, yes.

Hyaluronic acid-based filler can often be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This treatment works by breaking down the filler product so the area can return closer to its natural appearance.

Dissolving filler may be recommended if:

Filler has migrated
The area appears uneven or overfilled
