From Tuesday 19 to Thursday 21 May, our Clerkenwell showroom opens as a layered landscape of ideas, products, and possibilities. A space where, whatever your space brief, you can experience how different levels of creativity, complexity, and expression come together.

Throughout the week, we’ll be hosting a series of talks, exploring new ways of thinking about workplace design, collaboration, and creativity.

And for something new: we’ll be unveiling a brand-new concept and offering, introducing a fresh approach to how we collaborate and create.

Project Spotlight: The Precinct, UBT London

In the heart of Finsbury Square, UBT’s Precinct is designed to keep pace with a constantly moving coworking environment; balancing focus, collaboration, and flexibility in one cohesive space.

Following a recent relocation, the brief was clear: create a workplace that works harder. One that supports different modes of working without over-complicating the layout.

The result is a layered environment.

Dedicated meeting rooms sit alongside open co-working areas, with a mix of individual workstations and collaborative settings, giving users choice in how they work throughout the day.

To support moments of focus within a busy setting, Spacestor's Portico were introduced as a light-touch intervention. Positioned along a previously underused wall, they provide acoustically protected space for quick calls, without disrupting the wider layout.

What makes the difference here isn’t just the addition of Portico, but how seamlessly they integrate. Minimal installation, considered footprint, and a material palette that sits naturally within the scheme, enhancing the space without competing with it.

It’s a simple idea, executed well: create a workplace where the right spaces are available at the right moment - without friction.
