It Was Last Week … but sleep supports our mental health every single day.
When we sleep well, we’re better able to:
• manage stress
• regulate emotions
• focus and think clearly
• maintain good mental wellbeing
When sleep suffers, our mental health often does too.
That’s why we love this helpful reminder from the Mental Health Foundation about the four pillars of good sleep.
At Project Lily, we believe practical wellbeing tools, including good sleep habits, can make a real difference before difficulties escalate.
