Are you committed to ensuring families with diverse needs get the right support, at the right time, in the right way?

At Norwood, in collaboration with community partners, we’re proud to be launching the Open Front Door, a new advice and triage service that serves as the first point of contact for families, professionals, and partners seeking guidance across children’s and adult social care.

Our vision is simple but powerful: clarity, connection, and compassion for every person who turns to us.
As Service Manager, you’ll lead this pioneering service from concept to reality.
You’ll design and deliver a responsive, person-centred model that connects people with the help they need, whether within Norwood or through trusted community and statutory partners.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in social care, education or advice services
- Confidence in leading teams, shaping systems and driving service innovation
- The empathy and diplomacy to guide families through complex situations
- A commitment to Kindness, Respect, Belonging and Empowerment, our core values
